The JK Armament JK 155 SBRX is a really cool supressor. It is modular, so the supressor baffles can be added or removed to balance weight versus performance. You can easily compress to have a K style short can, or lengthen it to have a higher performing but heavier and longer can.

The device is specifically designed to hold up to hard user on shorter barrels, so its perfect for a 300 blackout build. Becuase its machined from 17-4 stainless and Grade 5 titanium, it is both very rugged but also light weight. The supressor is also full auto rated.

The performance on the supressor for sound reduction was quite good. It is very comfortable running this on a rifle length 223 AR-15 build. We ran this all day on this rifle and it really helped tame the sound of the snappy 223 round, simply using winchester white box.

We then also ran this at night with a short 300 blackout pistol, and it was extremely quiet in this configuration as well.

The supressor is designed to be hub compatible, which is really nice as you can either use direct thread hub adapters, or a hub compatible QD system like the the Dead Air KeyMo system that we’re running here.

The main area where this can could use some improvement is with flash supression. At night we were definitely still getting some fireballs out of this on shorter builds. This could be because this 300 blackout build had a really short barrel though so not all of the powder is neccessarily burned before the bullet leaves the barrel. I didn’t neccessarily see this when shooting the longer rifle length build supressed.

Other than that this is a really cool and high quality supressor. JK Armament is a really cool comany and so for the benefits of being able to easily swap the number of baffles for different loadouts, this is a very versatile can.
