Take out the recoil spring and guide rod assembly by pushing it forward and lifting it out of the slide.

You can remove the barrel by simply pushing it out of the slide assembly after the recoil spring and guide rod are removed.

Step 1: Reassemble the Slide

Insert the barrel into the slide, then Insert the recoil spring and guide rod assembly.

Then, place the slide assembly onto the frame and push it until it clicks back into place.
